Calental enterprises (pvt) ltd. Was incorporated under the laws of zimbabwe in 2003. From humble beginnings of a family owned business with a projected turnover of $560 000 in 2005, the company has now grown to project a turnover of $1300000 for 2006.

Mission

To be the leading distributors of sport equipment and sport wear, chemicals, electricals and industrial equipment in zimbabwe and the entire region by identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements profitably. Our benefit as a solution provider emphasises on yielding the `desired results by our customers, in the shortest possible time, without inconveniencing them.

To forge meaningfull partnerships/joint ventures with various manufacturers and wholesallers at home and abroad for the benefit of our customers.

Directorship

Calental has a board of directors that is chaired by mr caleb makahamadze. The executive directors are founder member mrs nenee makahamadze and mr alex mawere, who is the managing director.

Management team

The day to day running of the company is the responsibility of a young dynamic team headed by mr a. Mawere who joined calental since inception rose through the ranks to become the managing director. He has a strong base in the chemical industry and was the assistant to the group executive director. Currently he is a holder of a bsc honours degree in economics.

Finance and administration

Mr j nyamande is the finance and administration manager and he reports to the managing director and she is responsible for the financial and accounting functions and is currently studying for a b. Sc. Hons applied accounting degree.

Marketing

Mr aaron makahamadze is the marketing executive. He is responsible for formulating the marketing strategy, research and development as well as advertising. Mr makahamadze holds a bachelor of commerce honours degree in markting management.

Sales

Mr tendai muchemwa is our sales executive, having joined calental since inception, to mainly address the mechanical, technical and electrical industry needs. He has a bsc honours in marketing management. Mr muchemwa has a vast experience in all areas of his jurisdiction.


Mrs gloria chidanguro is our regional sales manager for all products. She holds a bsc honours in economics, national diploma in business studies and part c institute of chartered secretaries and administrators (c. Is. ) he is currently studying for an mba with mancosa (s. A. ).
